Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bakery Supervisor to join our team at D'Aversa Bros Bakery Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled bakery staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
- Scheduling and Organization: Create and manage work schedules, maintain inventory, and oversee the efficient operation of the bakery.
- Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to maintain a positive reputation.
- Financial Management: Manage cash, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews to ensure the team is meeting expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Accurate: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliability: Dependable and able to maintain a high level of productivity.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
