This position is set in a fast-paced bakery, where the ability to work independently and under pressure is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Train and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Compile and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose strategies to enhance productivity and elevate product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of bakery staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Develop methods to meet production schedules and align work activities with other departments.
The supervisor will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
