About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at D'Aversa Bros Bakery Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled bakers and sales staff to meet the demands of our busy bakery.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Create and manage schedules to ensure efficient use of resources, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and implement effective inventory management systems.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, oversee payroll administration, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our bakery team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our goals and objectives are met.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
