Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Frontier Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer specifications.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of products to meet established standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a baking or related role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Our bakery is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work closely with our production team to meet customer demands. You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
