Culinary Services Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality food and service to our customers.

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Work EnvironmentThe role is set in a fast-paced and noisy food service environment, including coffee shops, fast food outlets, and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
Responsible for overseeing a team of 11-15 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Health and SafetyThe position requires a bondable individual and involves working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Physical RequirementsThis role is physically demanding, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks.
