Position Overview

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department. This position requires a combination of leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in food service management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement of food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
