Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the kitchen, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Relevant educational background in culinary arts or food service management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within a food service environment.
Essential Duties
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
