Pre-Owned Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and leasing pre-owned vehicles to our customers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Qualify leads and negotiate sales and lease agreements.
- Work closely with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager to ensure accurate appraisals and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales and lease targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
- Clear Driver's Abstract.
- Valid OMVIC registration.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
