Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Operations Officer (COO). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the COO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the COO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and preparing itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the COO, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations to the COO on how to improve operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
