Restaurant Operations Manager

Host India-limebank is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to meet budget requirements.
- Monitor and improve staff performance, providing training and support as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
- Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use.
- Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage events and supervise a team of 5-15 staff members.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma.
- Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
