Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Review and assess new administrative processes to improve workflow.
  • Prioritization: Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Operational Activities: Execute administrative tasks essential for the establishment's functioning.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policies and procedures regarding record release in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in the development of the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
  • Coordination: Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language Proficiency: English.
Technical Skills
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic mail systems and MS Office applications.
