- Coordinate office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
- Compile data and generate regular and specialized reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Manage budgeting and expenditure controls.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook), and MS Windows.
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms.
