Food Service Manager

Mr. Mass Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
