Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Mr. Mass Food Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage events and ensure that all aspects of the event are executed to perfection.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
