Food Service Operations Manager

Mr. Mass Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for analyzing budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, developing budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and evaluating daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and optimize budget to ensure the restaurant's profitability and growth.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service and experience.
- Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation.
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage events and ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.
