Role Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our Small Business Implementation team. In this role, you will guide new clients through a smooth transition onto the Payworks platform, ensuring their expectations are met with exceptional service and support tailored to their implementation requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management – Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, delivering expert advice on our products while adhering to payroll best practices. Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to identify client needs and address any challenges or opportunities that arise.
- Implementation Facilitation – Oversee the entire client implementation process, from data entry and training to equipment delivery and ongoing support. You will also manage account updates within a CRM tool, prioritizing implementation timelines and ensuring accuracy throughout.
- Collaborative Teamwork – Work closely with various departments within Payworks, leveraging all available resources to achieve business growth and meet organizational goals.
- Career Development – We are committed to fostering personal growth and development opportunities, including a comprehensive training experience and the potential to earn your Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation through our partnership with the National Payroll Institute (NPI).
Qualifications
- PCP Certification or related education, or a combination of education and experience, is a significant asset.
- Experience in implementing workforce management solutions or similar software is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with a background in needs analysis and presenting solutions to clients.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with strong analytical skills and experience handling large datasets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with technical problem-solving abilities.
