- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in change management, business transformation, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
