**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Department Manager, Restaurant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of sales associates and provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a grocery or food service environment.
  • Food Safe Certification and a strong understanding of food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
