Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure food and service meet quality standards, and identify areas for improvement to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a focus on customer service and food quality
