Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and supply chain management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
