Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail professionals and provide coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team member engagement.
  • Manage inventory, including taking stock counts and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Food Safe Certification and a passion for great food and customer service.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
