Job Title: Assistant Manager, Restaurant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Operational Excellence
    • Lead the implementation of operational procedures and ensure seamless execution of services
    • Develop and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
    • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for food and other supplies
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints in a timely manner
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Event Management and Catering
    • Manage events and ensure timely execution of catering and facility arrangements
    • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
