  • Fixed Assets and Inventories: Ensure the integrity of fixed asset projects, inventories, and databases to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify and address any discrepancies in actual budget, MOD, and FGS material.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and forward monthly and annual financial statements to head office, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Tax Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly tax returns to ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Project Cost Management: Review project costs to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Customer Invoicing: Manage customer invoicing and follow-up to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation and bank deposits to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Annual Audit: Prepare for and participate in the annual audit to ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Payroll Verification: Supervise payable employee and verify payroll to ensure accurate financial records.
