About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control

Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and optimize profitability.

Inventory Management

Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and implement efficient ordering systems to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Customer Service and Relations

Ensure exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and maintain a positive reputation for our restaurant.

Marketing and Promotions

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media promotions and loyalty programs.

Financial Management

Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

Experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong leadership skills.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
