Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Product Management: Cost products and services to maintain profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Event Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including managing events.
Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficient in MS Office to manage administrative tasks and maintain records.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesWork in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods.
