About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control: Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and control food costs.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute events, including catering and facility rentals.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
