About the Position
We are in search of an experienced manager with a strong background in Information Technology and Data Center Operations to oversee multiple teams in a dynamic setting.
- Leadership Responsibilities: Direct the data center initiatives, manage daily operations, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise equipment installations, disaster recovery processes, and IT systems monitoring to ensure peak performance.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and development of team members.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in budget formulation and manage expenditures efficiently.
- Point of Escalation: Tackle challenges and support incident response teams during critical situations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in Data Center Operations or a comparable role
- Understanding of technical management and computer systems
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and hybrid cloud setups
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual in French and English
