Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Production Operations Manager is tasked with executing strategies and overseeing the management of all production divisions. This role focuses on refining methods and processes to boost productivity and efficiency while ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational success by effectively leading a team of supervisors
  • Coordinate production activities to fulfill customer requirements and uphold quality standards
  • Establish performance benchmarks for each division
  • Efficiently manage human resources, equipment, and materials
  • Guide and mentor supervisors in their responsibilities
  • Inspire and communicate with production personnel to sustain a capable and productive workforce
  • Organize tasks to achieve production objectives and assess staffing needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Green Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma or experience in continuous improvement
  • Functional bilingualism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
