We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Advantage Solutions in Canada. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in increasing sales at our client's retail locations by creating merchandising solutions and building relationships with in-store management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising and Display: Set up store fixtures and displays efficiently and accurately by following provided planograms, and execute seasonal and/or department resets.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with store management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Product Replenishment: Ensure timely and accurate product replenishment to meet customer demands.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate online reporting and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Media Merchandising: Set up store media, including coupons, booklets, and pamphlets, to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year of merchandising experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read and follow planograms, assemble store fixtures and displays, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
