Position Overview

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about fashion trends and enjoys guiding teams. The role of Assistant Store Manager is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative environment.

As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Store Manager in cultivating a team atmosphere that encourages inclusivity and strong relationships. Your essential functions will include meeting store performance targets, guiding the team to achieve sales and profitability objectives, recruiting talent, managing performance, and facilitating staff training.

Daily Responsibilities (What you will be engaged in):

  • Ensure the store achieves corporate objectives and key performance indicators
  • Provide leadership within the store by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Support the recruitment, management, and development of exceptional talent
  • Execute merchandising plans and uphold the store's ambiance
  • Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager

Qualifications

Who you are (What you will contribute):

  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-centric setting
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and lead teams effectively
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Post-Secondary education is advantageous
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work during weekends and evenings
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
