Pmrcc is looking for an Executive Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Executive Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the achievement of our business goals by delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to upper management and the finance division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and refine processes for routine operations.
  • Oversee credit card transactions and manage invoice collections.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of incoming documents.
  • Engage with suppliers for follow-ups on various inquiries.
  • Facilitate the signing of essential documents.
  • Communicate with vendors to gather market pricing at designated intervals.
  • Provide support in accounting tasks, including the entry of purchase invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements, account openings, and credit requests.
  • Assist senior management, the finance team, and other staff members with diverse tasks.
  • Act as a commissioner for specific occasional responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Capable of working autonomously, demonstrating proactivity and initiative.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Exhibits attention to detail, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Possesses strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in a family-run business setting is advantageous.
