Pmrcc is looking for an Executive Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Executive Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the achievement of our business goals by delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to upper management and the finance division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and refine processes for routine operations.
- Oversee credit card transactions and manage invoice collections.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of incoming documents.
- Engage with suppliers for follow-ups on various inquiries.
- Facilitate the signing of essential documents.
- Communicate with vendors to gather market pricing at designated intervals.
- Provide support in accounting tasks, including the entry of purchase invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements, account openings, and credit requests.
- Assist senior management, the finance team, and other staff members with diverse tasks.
- Act as a commissioner for specific occasional responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Capable of working autonomously, demonstrating proactivity and initiative.
- Adaptable to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- Exhibits attention to detail, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Possesses strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in a family-run business setting is advantageous.
