Additionally, this position acts as an escalation point for the team and identifies training needs for representatives managing the assigned lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for vendor programs and lifecycle management.
  • Comprehend vendor programs and pricing structures.
  • Prepare and validate complex quotes and orders for vendors.
  • Provide proactive sales support and collaborate with the sales team to uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals for intricate business requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Test existing quoting solutions and lead training sessions for users and management.
  • Communicate lead times and delivery expectations based on product availability and manufacturing timelines.
  • Handle deal registrations, apply pricing strategies, and create renewal contracts when applicable.
  • Identify volume and strategic vendor programs proactively.
  • Present the TD SYNNEX value proposition and offerings, developing innovative approaches to enable new business opportunities.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues (e.g., supplier orders, quotes) with minimal oversight.
  • Manage various tasks assigned by management, including training, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Provide vendor-neutral consultative services to inside sales representatives and resellers.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Demonstrated complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
