Position Overview

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Equity Technologies Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency within our retail environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Yoruba and Igbo is considered an asset.
Work Environment

This position is based in a dynamic retail service establishment, where you will lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and mentor a team of 3-4 staff members, including apprentices and design team members.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Authorize financial transactions and manage inventory orders.
  • Create and maintain work schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Engage in direct sales and customer service activities.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate daily activities of team members to achieve operational goals.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Outlook is required, along with experience in merchandising and visual display design.
