Hotel Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at The Bruce Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff and provide guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Staff Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that all operations are conducted in accordance with company procedures.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The role involves standing for extended periods, a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and working in a combination of sitting and standing.
