Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with job requirements
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times
Work Environment

The Reservations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Attention to detail is essential in this role, and the ability to work well under pressure is required.
