Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at The Bruce Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the hotel's expectations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate in-house laundry services and ensure timely delivery of clean linens and uniforms.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 lbs).
