About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail & E-commerce Partnership Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and managing e-commerce product integration partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for e-commerce partners working with Lightspeed across multiple products and regions.
  • Drive alignment on our priorities with existing partners to ensure projects and priorities fit our strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with partners developing apps that work with Lightspeed's e-commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements with e-commerce partners.
  • Schedule regular touchpoints with key partners to ensure they can articulate Lightspeed's priorities and how we can help each other.
  • Act as a point of contact for inbound requests to partner with Lightspeed.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and consolidate agreements with partners working with us across multiple products and regions.
  • Leverage connections and relationships with innovative partners in the retail space to create and develop unique opportunities for Lightspeed.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or e-commerce space.
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams.
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preferably in a fast-growth and global company.
  • Track record of setting or shaping strategy and delivering executional plans with measurable impact on the business.
  • Experience engaging at an executive level both internally and externally with partners.
  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions and building high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability and collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, and unpredictable environment.
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and business judgment, aligning with Lightspeed's values.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
