About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to lead our online operations and drive business growth through strategic e-commerce initiatives. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that enhances the online user experience, increases customer engagement, and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute E-commerce Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives online sales growth.
  • Optimize Online User Experience: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the online user experience, improve website navigation, and increase customer engagement.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute initiatives to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth through e-commerce initiatives.
