About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development and Operations to join our team at MY CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY CORP. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in organizational development, leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategic Planning: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs, allocate resources, and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Human Resources Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Language: English
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, interpersonal awareness, team player
