About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Quincy Healthcare and Homecare Services Incorporated. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth
  • Sales and Marketing Execution
    • Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to target key customer segments
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue
    • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize results
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
    • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient sales and marketing operations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles
    • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
