Job Title: Executive Director of Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Director of Operations to join our team at Crunch Fitness Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clubs, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Operations Management: Directly manage the club's operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Training and Development: Oversee and maintain training standards, coaching and developing team members to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor staff performance through scoreboards, ensuring KPI standards are met or exceeded.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-maintained facility, ensuring equipment is operating at optimal levels.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure and monitor compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining accuracy in operations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Operations Management: Experience in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Training and Development: Ability to develop and implement training programs to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • KPI Monitoring: Experience in monitoring and analyzing KPIs to drive business growth and improve operations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Knowledge of facility maintenance and equipment operation.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Understanding of compliance and accuracy in operations.
