Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Clinical Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of clinical programs and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Quality Improvement: Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance resident care and services.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Team, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of budgets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years of nursing supervisory experience, with a strong background in long-term care
- Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
