Job Title: Director of Development

MY CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY CORP. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Development to lead our organizational development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • MS Access, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows skills
