Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Learning Experience Children's Centre LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
  • Task Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
