Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Operations Consultant to enhance our operational efficiency within the realm of payment solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our organizational methods align with industry standards and best practices.

Core Tasks
  • Evaluate and advise on management techniques and organizational structures
  • Establish quality management and assurance benchmarks
  • Conduct analyses to assess the efficiency of managerial policies and programs
  • Recommend enhancements to operational methods and systems
  • Strategize the re-organization of operational processes
  • Oversee and mentor staff
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Facilitate staff training
  • Guide the development of communication strategies
  • Manage knowledge resources
  • Provide coaching and mentoring
  • Direct staff in implementing service quality assessment strategies
  • Reconcile financial accounts
  • Monitor financial control systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for settlements
  • Manage process start-up, shut-down, and troubleshooting
  • Handle electronic transactions using computer systems
  • Document reporting requirements and recommendations for IT professionals
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • Experience with Jira and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Project, and Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Knowledge of HTML editing software and Atlassian Confluence
  • Experience with Figma and MS Office
