Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in consulting and the life sciences sector.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Understanding of the fundamental processes within pharmaceutical commercial operations.
- Experience with healthcare data, particularly in relation to physician and patient claims; familiarity with IQVIA data is preferred.
- Background in Customer Journey, Segmentation, Targeting, Promotion Allocation, Sales Force Optimization, Forecasting, and Patient Analytics.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, R, Python, or Excel VBA.
- Familiarity with cloud processing environments like Cloudera, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Experience in developing consultative relationships with senior managers and executives in the life sciences industry.
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools relevant to the functional area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams, managing both internal and external resources to design, develop, and deliver client solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and develop proposals that ensure profitability and high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee the proposal preparation process, ensuring bid integrity.
- Create detailed project plans with timelines and deliverables, guiding projects to successful completion.
- Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to address challenges.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of client reports and presentations, delivering key findings effectively.
