About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Consultant to join our team at Payment Solution Providers. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Provide Advice on managerial methods and organization of our operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop Quality Management and quality assurance standards to maintain high-quality services.
  • Conduct Research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Propose Improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Plan the Re-organization of operations to align with business goals.
  • Supervise Staff and provide guidance on operational procedures.
  • Provide Customer Service and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Train Staff on new operational procedures and best practices.
  • Oversee Development of communication strategies to enhance internal and external communication.
  • Manage Knowledge and ensure that operational knowledge is up-to-date and shared across the team.
  • Coaching and Mentoring to develop staff skills and capabilities.
  • Direct and Advise staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
  • Reconcile Accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitor Financial Control Systems to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure Settlements are made according to company practices and procedures.
  • Control Process Start-up, Shut-down, and Troubleshooting to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Process Electronic Transactions using computer equipment.
  • Document Reporting Needs, queries, logic, results, and recommendations to other information systems professionals.
Requirements
  • 3-4 Years of Experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to analyze complex operational issues.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to Supervise and Train Staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and other operational software.
