Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client.
  • Create documentation and participate in project meetings.
  • Drive implementation and gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead.
  • Make granular design decisions around acquiring and loading data.
  • Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Manage and foster strong client relationships, providing support to project kickoffs and ongoing implementations.
  • Reinforce our belief in face-to-face relationship building, travelling up to 20% of the time to client sites across North America.

Requirements

  • 2+ years implementing BI/Tableau applications, preferably in a consulting role for some of that time.
  • Proven hands-on ability to build dimensions, cubes, ETL processes, and write complex SQL queries.
  • Excel expert.
  • Candidates with university degrees in Computer Science, Accounting, or Engineering are preferred but not required.
