Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Consultant to join our team at Payment Solution Providers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Improve Business Processes
    • Conduct thorough analysis of our business processes to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop Quality Management and Assurance Standards
    • Develop and implement quality management and assurance standards to ensure high-quality services
  • Conduct Research and Provide Recommendations
    • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs
    • Provide recommendations for improvements to our business processes
  • Supervise Staff and Provide Training
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members
    • Provide training and coaching to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Manage Knowledge and Communication
    • Manage knowledge and communication systems to ensure that information is shared effectively across the organization
  • Ensure Compliance and Security
    • Ensure that all business processes and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
    • Ensure that all security protocols are in place to protect sensitive information
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 3-4 years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 37.5 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
