About the Role

Csky Windows Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing daily operations, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Document Management: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and maintain digital databases.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Office, ability to work independently, attention to detail, ability to multitask, organized, and team player.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
